NeoReg is an independent, non-US publication about forming and running US LLCs as a non-resident. It is published from Denmark by sluk.com - which means we sit on the same side of the table as our readers: outside the US, dealing with the same forms, time zones, and banking hoops.

How we work

• Primary sources, dated pages. Fees and rules are checked against state fee schedules, the IRS, and FinCEN - and every data page carries the month it was last verified. When Delaware raised its annual LLC tax to $400 for 2026, we updated; much of the web didn't.
• Disclosed affiliations. Some links to formation services are affiliate links that can earn us a commission. They never change the numbers, and we tell you when the free DIY route is the better deal - see the EIN guide for proof. Full disclosure here.
• No advice. We publish general information, not legal or tax advice. The honest truth is that a US LLC has home-country tax consequences that depend entirely on where you live - get a local professional's eyes on your plan.
