Affiliate disclosure
NeoReg is free to read and is funded by affiliate commissions. When you click certain links to formation and registered-agent services and make a purchase, the provider may pay us a commission. You never pay more because of this - commissions come out of the provider's marketing budget, not your price.
What this does and doesn't influence
- It does not influence the state fees, tax rules, or IRS procedures we publish - those are verified against primary sources and dated.
- It does not stop us from telling you when the free option is better. Our EIN guide's first sentence is that the IRS charges nothing.
- It does mean we have a financial relationship with some of the companies we compare. Links that can earn us a commission are marked with
rel="sponsored"in the page code, and comparison pages carry a visible disclosure box.
Who we may earn from
At the time of writing, NeoReg participates in affiliate programs operated on the Awin network for Northwest Registered Agent, Bizee, BusinessAnywhere, and Zenind, and may join others. Banking providers listed in our guides are not affiliates unless explicitly marked.
This disclosure is made in the spirit of the FTC's endorsement guidelines and EU/Danish marketing law. Questions: kontakt@vj.dk.
